Diamond Parking Final Collection Notice
This is the second follow-up letter you may receive regarding your imaginary Diamond Parking violation send to you about three weeks after the
Parking Violation Notice. It looks like a
real document and includs text in red "THIS IS OUR FINAL DEMAND OF THE AMOUNT DUE...".
In this letter Diamond Parking threatens you that because this debt is still outstanding they may
"pursue this matter in the Provincial Court of British Columbia...". This statement does not make financial sense because in order to file a claim Diamond Parking has to pay minimum $100
filing fee. They are most probably aware that they will lose in the Court since in fact there is no actual violation. That makes a court action an absurd and very unlikely (will never happen).
In the next paragraph they tell you that
"if you ignore this letter and fail to make payment..." they will pursue on with their collection process. What will happen is: you will receive another letter printed on Wiggins Adjustments letterhead.
These are all parts of the scam letters chain.
Don't be scared. No action is needed from your end. Simply ignore those letters.
